Lumonol – A Nootropics Review

Concentration is one of the cornerstones of modern live. Whether or not you have to study for a test in school, stay focused at work, or get yourself to prepare your resumé for job applications, there will always be situations in which you might need an extra boost to stay on top of things. For many, this is caffeine, with a majority of the population relying on coffee, tea, or soda to stay energized and focused.

However, recently I was introduced by a friend to the category of nootropics, a term used to refer to certain supplements that are shown to have benefits in increasing the brain’s productivity.

Suspicious at first, I did some initial research and soon after found that not only is the field of nootropics incredibly vast, but there’s also a huge community surrounding it that are dedicated to helping others finding products that work for them.

So, needless to say, I was curious. I began experimenting with various nootropics until I reached Lumonol, a type of nootropic that has multiple supplements fused into one product. After a while, I was very pleased with the results, but I’m going to break it down for you in this article so you can decide if Lumonol is the right product for you.

Before I get into this article, though, I want to emphasize that nootropics (like any supplement) affects people differently and I recommend you do your own research and speak with a medical professional before taking anything, as you never know if a supplement will react to any medications or conditions you might have.

That being said, let’s get right into the review written by Nootropics Review Nerd!

The Benefits of Lumonol

As a musician that frequently has to work late night studio hours editing and producing, I understand the importance of having to stay concentrated and pull through an intense workday.

However, it’s worth noting that not only is this applicable to me and my colleagues, but also anyone who needs to concentrate and stay driven can benefit from Lumonol, as it is not only designed to give you focus, but also increase your overall memory and blood flow.

The creators of Lumonol have 3 specific stages that they highlight when stating the benefits of their product:

  • Stage 1: This stage is essentially the main function that Lumonol provides. This is the result of anxiolytic properties present in the supplement that give you a sense of mental clarity, improving your overall mood, work flow, and memory.
  • Stage 2: This is the stage that increases your overall blood flow, further empowering the benefits present in Stage 1.
  • Stage 3: After the benefits of Stages 1 & 2, those taking Lumonol will start to feel more comfortable and content in their life due to the increased focus, clarity, and memory benefits.

What’s in Lumonol?

Before going into which ingredients are present in the supplement, it’s worth saying that there are 3 different types of Lumonol blends. The first blend, the Focus Blend (515mg) is made primarily from Noopept, PS, Acetyl L-Carnitine, and L-Tyrosine.

This is known by many using Lumonol to be the most powerful of all three blends, but it’s worth noting that there isn’t too much research overall into some of the ingredients such as Noopept and PS. However, despite this, I still felt quite focused when using this blend.

The second type of Lumonol blend is called the Memory Blend (170mg), being mainly made up of Alpha GPC and Ginkgo Bioba. Those who are familiar with nootropics might already recognize these ingredients as being the backbone of other types of supplements, well-known for their ability to easily increase one’s memory retention.

The last blend of Lumonol is called the Energy Blend (430mg) and has some of the most well-known ingredients used in the product such as Guarana, Vitamin B12, Ginseng, and Hordenine. These are all great ways to increase your overall energy levels and subsequently productivity, so I can’t fault them for that.

It’s worth noting, though, that these blends are generally thought to be more effective when combined. Is this true? I think so, but this doesn’t mean that each blend isn’t actually helpful on its own, though. For example, it is possible to take a blend based on which aspect of your productivity you want to increase, avoiding the others.

Something that you’ll notice immediately, though, is that there isn’t much indication of specific doses regarding each ingredient in each blend. Because this is very much standard practice among other brands in the nootropics industry, I have a slight problem with that packaging and want to re-iterate the importance of doing research and knowing how the ingredients react to your body before taking any supplement.

However, that’s the only really ambivalent thing I have to say about Lumonol—the rest of it seemed to help my body very well and overall maintain my focus while working extensively on certain projects.

When Do You Take Lumonol?

The packaging recommends that you take 2 capsules daily, ingesting it at the same time interval each day. For many people, this means to take it at the beginning of your day, but for me it was more logical to take it with my dinner before heading into the studio. Having a regular routine of taking this supplement did have significantly positive results, increasing my overall productivity in a way that I had not personally experienced before.

However, this does not mean that you should take Lumonol all of the time. In fact, that isn’t a good principle to follow with nootropics in general, as there isn’t enough research at the moment to suggest that the body does not build up a tolerance to supplements.

There also isn’t much evidence that the body does build up a tolerance, though, so I wouldn’t be too worried. I think following the general principle of “too much of a good thing can be a bad thing”, though, so I wouldn’t take it too often.

For me, I was able to have a nice balance on my lifestyle by taking the supplement on a daily basis for three weeks, then taking a week off. Though I wasn’t able to benefit from Lumonol all of the time, I was able to retain control over the positive aspects of the supplement and know that when I was taking it, I was getting the full experience and not building up tolerance.

The way that Lumonol works also has the blends taking between one to two weeks for users to truly feel them, making it beneficial to commit to some sort of time schedule to make sure that your body is truly absorbing the ingredients.

The trick with a lot of these nootropics is that the ingredients are often helpful, but need consistent exposure to be beneficial. In this context, your best friend will always be consistency, with maintaining a regular intake of the supplement the only way to see if it truly works for you.

Where Lumonol Exceeds

One of the biggest benefits of Lumonol is that—unlike some other nootropics on the market—all of the ingredients included are natural, meaning that you can have more confidence in what you’re taking.

An issue I have with some products is that there are too many chemicals and synthetic supplements for my taste, so to have a product that is effective and also entirely natural is helpful for my peace of mind.

I also think that Lumonol provides a sense of concentration and focus that isn’t overwhelming or too powerful. An issue I’ve had in the past with similar concentration supplements is that it feels akin to taking way too much caffeine. I’ve felt jittery, unfocused, and more stressed out than clear.

This is why taking Lumonol has been nice, as I’ve been able to feel energized and focused while also containing the energy in a way that feels healthy.

Final Thoughts

Taking nootropics can sometimes feel confusing, as there are often so many ingredients and features to take into consideration. However, it’s important to acknowledge that at the end of the day, what works for you is what works for you. The only way to truly find a product that is effective for your lifestyle is to do your research.

That being said, is Lumonol that product? For me, yes. Throughout my time using this supplement, I have greatly enjoyed the many different ways in which it has increased my productivity, allowed me to stay focused, and improved my memory.

These are all essential benefits when working late night hours on music, a career that requires a lot of nuance and energy to be effective. Another thing about my profession is that you can’t really crash after taking an energizing supplement, as it’s important to keep your ears consistently active and engaged.

So, I recommend looking into Lumonol if you’re somebody who is trying to find something to keep yourself more focused and consistent overall. Though there are some parts that are confusing or might be off-putting, the pros largely outweigh the cons and make for a truly dynamic product that stands out in the current sea of nootropics on the market.
